Spray Reports

The Spray Report Screen displays a list of Spray Reports in spreadsheet format. Expand the view using the button shown at the left of each row to display the Labor, Pesticides, Equipment, Adjuvants, and additional Control Types associated with the selected Spray Report.

 

The column labeled Map It will have a small showing if a mapped location has been entered. Items that have a may still have other non-GIS Location information entered.

Add To add a Spray Report, click the button. This will bring up the Create Spray Report screen so the user can add a new Spray Report.
 

Copy

To copy an existing Spray Report, click on the desired row in the spreadsheet and then click the button. This will create a copy of the selected Spray Report and open the Create Spray Report Screen for editing.

Tip: This is a powerful sprayMapper® feature and can yield large savings in data entry time.
Create Spray Report from Estimate (Pro Only) To create a Spray Report from Estimate, click the button. This will allow the user to make a Spray Report from a submitted Estimate.
Mark  as Invoiced (Pro Only) To mark, a Spray Report as Invoiced, click the button. This will mark the Spray Report as Invoiced.
Mark as Complete To mark a Spray Report as complete, click the button. This will mark the Spray Report Complete and disable editing of the selected Spray Report.
Apply Filter To apply a filter to the Spray Report grid, click the button.
Remove Filter To remove an applied filter, click the button.
Print To print any existing Spray Report, click on the item in the spreadsheet and then click the button at the bottom of the screen.
Important Tip: A quick and easy way to reduce the number of visible Spray Reports is to click on File and “Hide Submitted.” Non-Oregon users will see “Hide Completed” (as shown in the image below) but the functionality is the same; all Spray Reports that have been completed or submitted will be removed from view to make sorting current Spray Reports easier.

The same feature also works for “Hide Invoiced,” which when checked will hide all spray reports that have already been invoiced.

 

Note: The Invoice column can only be accessed by pro users. As well as the Invoice button, and the Create Spray Report From Estimate button.
