Organization

Organization is where information about your company is entered; this content will appear on all reports. The Organization screen is illustrated on the right.

 

Enter information about your Organization on the Organization Screen, including Name, Address, Contact Email Address, Phone, Fax, and Logo. The Organization Logo requires a bitmap image no larger than 200 x 200 pixels in size.

To enter the logo, click on the button above the Logo section of the Organization Screen and browse for the bitmap file. The logo information will be stored in your SQL Server database. To clear the logo, click the button above the Logo section of the Organization Screen.

The system will automatically place your logo on all reports where applicable, including all those listed in Reports and Spray Reports.
